Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 11, 2026
These terms govern your use of WhoTribe, including listing a community, placing bids and buying sponsor spots or extras. By using the site or paying for anything on it, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
WhoTribe (“we”, “us”) is operated by Sebastian Global Holding Group LLC, 7901 4th St N Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA. You can reach us at support@bidcom.lol.
2. Who can use the service
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to pay for anything on WhoTribe. If you list or pay for a community, you confirm that you run it or are authorised to promote it, and that the information you submit is accurate.
3. What the service is
WhoTribe is a public leaderboard and directory of online communities. It offers:
- Free listings: any eligible community can be listed at no cost.
- Boosts (bids): a one-time payment that ranks a community above every free listing, ordered by the amount paid.
- Sponsor spots: 12 paid tiles shown beside the leaderboard.
- Extras: optional add-ons such as a banner on the Discover page or a visibility boost.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of the platforms communities are hosted on.
4. How the ranking works
- The highest bid is #1. There is no algorithm on the leaderboard: boosted communities are sorted by the amount paid, top to bottom. If two land on the same amount, whoever got there first stays ahead.
- You do not need to beat #1. Bids range from $5 to $999,999. Any amount places you at the position it earns.
- Free listings sit below every boosted community, newest first, and move down as new ones arrive.
- Categories rank separately. Within a category the ranking restarts at #1, using the same bid amount. There is no second bid.
- Raising an existing entry only costs the difference. Paste the same link or use Power up on its row and pick a higher amount; your category comes along automatically. If your community sits at $20 and you move to $35, you are charged $15. The smallest raise is $1.
- Your rank can be taken. Anyone can outbid you at any time. Your entry stays on the board at the amount you paid and moves down as others pay more. A boost never expires.
5. What can be listed
The board is for communities, so a link must point at one. Personal profiles, shops and anything that is not a community are rejected. A community on one of these platforms goes live straight away when we can read its name and logo:
SkoolDiscordFacebook groupsWhatsApp groupsSlackRedditCircleMeetupLinkedIn GroupsWhopX communitiesTelegram groups
Any other link - a community on its own website, an event, a Facebook, LinkedIn or Slack group, or a page we cannot read - is checked by hand before it appears. We ask for an email and a few details for that check, use the email only for it, and may refuse the listing. Nothing is charged for a listing that waits for review.
One entry per community. A community is identified by its link - ignoring referral or affiliate parameters and subpages - and by its name. A community already on the board cannot be listed again, whether through a plain link, an affiliate link or a slightly different address. Duplicates that get through are removed without a refund.
6. What is not allowed
We may refuse or remove, without a refund, any listing, tile or extra that is or links to:
- NSFW or adult content
- anything illegal where we or the viewer are, including piracy and malware
- hate, harassment or violent extremism
- scams, pump-and-dump groups, or misleading financial promises
- content that infringes someone else’s trademark, copyright or privacy
- spam, duplicates, or attempts to manipulate rankings, clicks or stats
The same applies to images supplied for logos, banners and sponsor tiles. We decide what crosses the line, acting reasonably.
7. Sponsor spots
- An open spot costs $100, except the top three, which open at $1,000,000, $100,000 and $10,000.
- A held spot can be taken by paying what it currently stands at plus $50. A spot we have priced individually shows its own price.
- There is no fixed term. A spot is yours until someone outbids it; being outbid ends your placement and is not grounds for a refund.
8. Extras
- Banner on Discover ($19): your image across the top of your community’s card on the Discover page.
- Visibility boost ($29): your card shown in a colour and with a motion effect you choose, on the leaderboard and on Discover, and weighted higher in Discover’s recommended order and search results. How strongly it is weighted may change as we tune the site; it does not change leaderboard positions.
- Sponsor spot: one of the smaller sponsor spots, bought together with other extras, on the terms in section 7.
Extras are one-time purchases. They stay on your listing until you replace them, the listing is removed, or the feature is retired. We do not guarantee any number of views, clicks, members or sales from them.
9. Prices and payment
- All prices are in US dollars and are one-time charges. There are no subscriptions.
- Payments are processed by Whop or Stripe. Payments of $2,500 or more are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details, and the processor’s own terms also apply to your payment.
- The price is set by our server at checkout. A change made in your browser does not change what is charged.
- Any taxes, bank fees or currency conversion charges applied to your payment are your responsibility unless the law requires otherwise.
10. Refunds
Once your bid, spot or extra is live, the payment is final. You are buying a placement, not a subscription: there is nothing to cancel and nothing to give back. Being outbid, a drop in rank, or a listing removed for breaking these terms does not entitle you to a refund.
If a payment went through but nothing appeared, contact us at support@bidcom.lol and we will put it right or refund it. Opening a chargeback for a placement that was delivered may lead to the placement being removed. This does not limit any refund right you have under mandatory law.
11. Your content
You keep ownership of what you submit - names, descriptions, logos, banners and links. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, resize and crop it on WhoTribe and in material promoting WhoTribe, for as long as it is listed. You confirm you have the right to grant this.
Some of this information may be read automatically from the community’s public page, such as its name, logo, description and member count. We may correct or shorten listing details to keep the board accurate and readable.
12. Removal requests
If you run a community listed here and want it taken down, email support@bidcom.lol from an address tied to the community. Removals are free and usually done within a day. A removal on request is not refunded.
13. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any listing, bid or extra will produce traffic or results. Member counts, clicks and live stats are approximate. We are not responsible for the communities listed, their content or how they treat their members.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
15. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from content you submit or from your breach of these terms.
16. Changes and termination
We may change, pause or discontinue any part of the service, and may update these terms. Material changes are reflected in the “Last updated” date above and apply from then on; they do not change the terms of a purchase already made. We may refuse service to anyone who breaks these terms.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.
